Negotiating A Broken Computer In Austin
Greetings my fellow Computer Users!
Welcome to our newest website client laurenscakesaustin.com to the CPU family of websites. Let’s all give her a warm Computer Professionals Unlimited welcome!
Once in a while I have a consultant help me with a few areas of my business. He’s a professional Negotiator as well as a tech-guru. Sometimes when I visit him at home, I ask him (attempt to Negotiate) to let me bring some of my computer clients over to his office because his hobby is building amazing computer systems and I think to myself - that would impress anybody!
Seriously though, part of his consulting was to switch from the plain-Jane HTML website that you may have visited before to this massive, always-new-content, WordPress blog-style site.
In the days and weeks to come please feel free to ask questions, comment about my service, negotiate a discount, or pay me a compliment as the mood strikes you. I’ll do my best to respond to each one of you, customer or not.
Today I responded to a call where a woman with a house full of computers, servers, and networks had almost pulled her hair out with this last pseudo-tech that had showed up to take her hard earned cash and produce NO results. I spent most of the day testing each of her ethernet cables and checking the setup of her wired and wireless systems including her print server. Just to show her that not all break-fix computer repair businesses are out to get you, I gave her a discount off my normal price and stayed until she was completely satisfied with the job.
I’ll offer each of you that kind of service too and in the next few weeks I’ll put up a references page so you can call people and ask them what kind of service I deliver as well as read each of their stories and maybe even see a picture or two.
Did you used to love that old computer you have but now it just makes you mad? Well don’t be lured into spending a couple of thousand dollars by all those new computers out there - contact Computer Professionals Unlimited and let me help you love your computer again!
